The flue gas waste heat recovery heat exchanger adopts the gas-gas heat exchange method
The flue gas waste heat recovery heat exchanger is a heat exchanger that is not only suitable for flue gas but also for exhaust gas or high-temperature waste water boiler tail gas as the heat medium to heat the air. It is widely used for air heating and cooling in chemical industry, textile printing and dyeing, machinery, chemical fiber, food, rubber, pharmacy, metallurgical coating, wood drying, leather, plastic and other processes.
It uses air-to-air heat exchange method to extract heat energy from high-temperature waste smoke to generate new air for production or heating needs. There is also an air-water heat exchange method to extract heat energy from high-temperature waste smoke to produce hot water and hot water. Used for pot water replenishment or living bathing water, the heat exchange tube adopts smooth tube or finned tube bundle, composed of three rows of forked spiral fin tube bundles along the air flow direction, and the fin tubes are all wound by φ21x2.0mm seamless steel pipe It is made of 15x0.5mm corrugated steel strip, which has a spiral shape. There are three pitches of 5mm(D), 6mm(Z) and 8mm(X). The material is stainless steel or carbon steel.
The heat medium pressure of the flue gas waste heat recovery heat exchanger is below 2.2Mpa, and the temperature is within 350℃. The heat sink and the heat sink are wound by a winding machine, with close and stable contact, good heat transfer performance, corrosion resistance, long service life, beautiful appearance, easy installation and easy management.
